Kaykas-Wolff unveiled Webtrends new corporate philosophy: Open Exchange. This new approach extends openness beyond the company’s support for open data exchange to the way it interacts with customers and builds best-of-breed solutions with partners.

He announced three new offerings that support Open Exchange:

• Self-service access to analytics data with no add-on fees via new Webtrends application program interfaces (APIs).

• Webtrends Social Measurement, powered by Radian6, a complete social media monitoring and analysis solution for companies to listen, share, learn and engage their customers across the entire social web. The partnership is the first of its kind between a marketing optimization company and social media measurement provider. Webtrends customers can now review their web analytics and social media results side by side, and make better business decisions, Kaykas-Wolff said.

• Eight new vertical industry solutions, which combine Webtrends 15+ years of industry experience with insights gained from leading customers in different vertical industries to help current and future customers realize value from their analytics investment faster.
